Join the cluster of lovely sights and human-made wonders, this tour can give you thrills and goosebumps. The Golden Triangle Tour is a blend of the three magnificent cities of Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur in India.

Day 01: 20th August 2023

The first city on this trip is Delhi, India’s capital city. It is a fascinating and vibrant metropolis that seamlessly blends the old with the new. With a rich and varied history spanning over 5,000 years, Delhi is a city of remarkable diversity, featuring a wealth of cultural, religious, and architectural attractions. 

The city is home to several UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including the Red Fort, and the Qutub Minar. With this trip, you will enjoy and treat yourself by visiting some of Delhi’s unforgettable locations. 

After you arrive at the New Delhi International Airport, take a taxi ride to your pre-booked hotel in the city. Uber or a pre-paid taxi from the airport shall be able to transfer you from the airport (at your own expense). 

Take the day to relax and recharge after a tiring journey, or explore the area on your own.

Day 02: 21st August 2023 

0900 Hrs: The day starts with breakfast at the Hotel 

1000 Hrs: The tour starts by driving past the Rashtrapati Bhavan, followed by visits to the India Gate, Jama Masjid, and Red Fort. Then, we will explore Humayun’s Tomb, and finally, conclude the sightseeing with a visit to the Qutub Minar.

The Rashtrapati Bhavan is the official residence of the President of India. Originally built, in the year 1929 as the residence for the Viceroy of India, Viceroy’s House (as it was then called) has metamorphosed into today’s Rashtrapati Bhavan after the independence of India in 1947. 

India Gate is a war memorial and iconic landmark that commemorates the sacrifice of Indian soldiers who died in World War I.

Jama Masjid is a grand mosque that was built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in the 17th century and is considered one of the largest and most beautiful mosques in India.

Red Fort, a magnificent example of Mughal-era architecture, is a historic fort and UNESCO World Heritage Site that was built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in the mid-17th century and served as the residence of the Mughal emperors for nearly 200 years.

Located in the eastern part of Dehli, Humayun’s tomb is one of the best-preserved Mughal monuments, built thanks to the initiative of his widow Hamida Banu Begum. After a century from its construction, it inspired the construction of the more famous Taj Mahal. 

Qutub Minar is a soaring minaret of red sandstone that dates back to the 12th century and is considered one of the tallest brick minarets in the world.

Lunch time: We stop for lunch at a city restaurant serving various meal options. Lunch will be at your own expense. 

1900 Hrs: After finishing sightseeing for the day, we reach the hotel. Relax, enjoy Dinner at the Hotel, or go out as per our recommendations. You may also join for a planned fellowship with Delhi Circlers (at your own expense).

Day 03: 22nd August 2023

The second city on this tour is Agra which is the historic capital city of the Mughal Empire, now a part of Northern India, where love blossomed in the purest form and has left its mark throughout history. Often known as the ‘City of the Taj’, the culture and heritage still exist in the bylanes of the city alluring tourists from far ends of the globe. Agra’s location along the banks of the Yamuna River, surrounded by lush greenery and rolling hills, adds to its charm and beauty. Agra is bound to immerse and awe you as you step into the wonderfully historic city. 

0700 Hrs: We begin with energizing breakfast at the hotel in Delhi.

0800 Hrs: We start the travel to Agra (Included in the cost). The distance between Delhi and Agra is 250km and it takes approximately 5 hours to complete. 

1300 Hrs: We reach the Hotel, check-in at the hotel, and enjoy relaxing till lunchtime. 

Lunch Time: The lunch will be left for the guest to enjoy at their own expense. 

1500 Hrs: We step out into the city to visit the iconic Taj Mahal. 

The Taj Mahal is a magnificent white marble mausoleum located in Agra, India, that was built in the 17th century by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal and is considered one of the greatest architectural achievements in the world.

1800 Hrs: Return to the Hotel and Relax. Enjoy Dinner at the Hotel or go out for some local food recommendations in the city/ join a planned fellowship with Agra Circlers (on your own).

Day 04: 23rd August

The next destination is the heritage city of Jaipur, where you can feel the culture and heritage left behind by the grand kings of Jaipur. This city is the venue for LCI Conference 2023, India. 

0700 Hrs: Our trip to Jaipur begins with a delightful breakfast at the hotel in Agra. 

0800 Hrs: After checking out from the hotel, we visit Agra Fort and Fatehpur Sikri. 

Agra Fort is a UNESCO World Heritage Site built by the Mughal emperor Akbar in the 16th century and is known for its impressive architecture and rich historical significance.

Fatehpur Sikri is a UNESCO World Heritage Site located near Agra, India, that was built by the Mughal emperor Akbar in the 16th century and is known for its beautiful palaces, mosques, and other architectural marvels.

Lunch Time: On the way to Jaipur, lunch stops will be made (Lunch at personal expense).

1400 Hrs: We start the transfer to Jaipur (Included in the cost). A trip between Agra and Jaipur is approximately 250km and takes an average of 5 hours to complete.  

1830/1900 Hrs: Reach Jaipur and drop at the LCI Conference Main Hotel, The Marriott. You complete your registration and transfer (on your own to your booked Hotel).

Known as the “Pink City,” Jaipur is famous for its stunning palaces, forts, and temples, as well as its bustling bazaars and vibrant culture. Jaipur is also renowned for its traditional cuisine, which features a variety of flavorful vegetarian dishes. Day 01: Arrive Delhi (21st August 2023)

Meet our representative upon arrival in Delhi and check-in at the hotel. India’s capital & a major gateway to the country, Delhi is contemporary and a bustling metropolis which successfully combines in its fold the ancient & the modern. Its strategic location was one of the prime reasons why successive dynasties chose it as their seat of power. New Delhi also reflects the legacy the British left behind. After check-in proceed for city tour of Old and New Delhi. This fascinating city has been in existence since the 6th century BC and has seen ups and downs from the rule of the Pandavas right up to the British Raj. Visit Jama Masjid, which is the largest mosque in India, commissioned by Emperor Shah Jahan. The courtyard of the mosque can hold about 25,000 worshippers. Enjoy a rickshaw ride in Chandni Chowk, the busiest market in Old Delhi…noisy, chaotic, and uniquely Indian. You will then drive past from the Red Fort, which was constructed during the rule of Emperor Shah Jahan and served as the residence for the Mughal royal family. It continues to be significant till date, as every Independence Day, the Prime Minister makes a speech from its ramparts as the Indian flag is hoisted. Later, drive past President House and several other government buildings in Edwin Lutyens Delhi before you head toward Rajghat, the memorial to Mahatma Gandhi. This simple memorial marks the spot where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated in 1948. Thereafter, visit Humayun’s Tomb, commissioned by Humayun’s wife Hamida Banu Begum in 1562. It was the first garden tomb built in the Indian sub-continent where the Persian architect used red sandstone on a large scale. Later in the evening visit the Qutab Minar, which is the tallest brick minaret in the world; it was commissioned by Qutbuddin Aibak, the first Muslim ruler of Delhi.  Overnight in Delhi.

Day 02: Delhi – Agra (22nd August 2023)

After breakfast, check out from hotel & leave for Agra upon arrival check in at hotel & proceed to visit Taj Mahal. Taj Mahal … a mausoleum built as a symbol of Emperor Shah Jahan’s devotion to his beloved queen Mumtaz Mahal. Considered an architectural marvel, its construction took thousands of workers over 21 years to complete. Later explore the local market. Overnight stay at Agra.

Day 03: Agra – Jaipur Dep (23rd August 2023)

Morning after breakfast proceed for sightseeing of Red Fort, which was commissioned in 1565 by The Mughal Emperor, Akbar. The beautiful yet forbidding structure is a handsome example of Mughal architecture. Later leave for Jaipur en route visiting Fatehpur Sikri. Upon arrival in Jaipur drop at your own booked hotel / airport.

Day 04: Munnar – Marari (22nd August 2023)

Morning after breakfast check out from hotel & drive to Marari, upon arrival check in at hotel & Rest of the Day free at hotel on leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 05: Marari – Cochin Dep (23rd August 2023)

Day 01: Arrive Goa (20th August 2023)

When you arrive at Goa Airport/Railway Station, you will be greeted by our representative and escorted to the hotel. Complete-check-in protocols and rest for a bit. Spend the whole first day of your Goa travel in a relaxed way. Explore Goa’s sun-kissed beaches or try some delicious Goan delicacies, such as vindaloo pork and Goan fish curry. When you say farewell to one of your Goa holidays today, head to your hotel and have a decent night’s sleep.

Day 02: Goa (21st August 2023)

After breakfast, second day of your Goa vacation will take you to discover North Goa’s jewels. Get breakfast and plan to embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of North Goa. On your North Goa trip, the first attraction you can encounter is the ancient Fort Aguada. Explore Coco Beach, Calangute Annexe, Baga Beach, Calangute Beach and Anjuna Beach later. Come back to the hotel and sleep off your night.

Day 03: Goa (22nd August 2023)

Explore the eye-catching sights of South Goa on your Goa holiday today. Relish a tasty breakfast and get ready on the third day of your Goa tour to visit the tourist hotspots of South Goa. Visit Kavlem’s Shri Shantadurga Temple and Priol’s Shri Manguesh Temple. Next, take a ride to Old Goa churches including Bom Jesus Basilika and Se Cathedral. Visit Dona Paula Bay and Miramar Beach after lunch. Later, on your vacation in Goa, enjoy street shopping at the Panjim Market. Enjoy a boat ride on the Mandovi River in the evening (weather permitting). Return to the hotel at the end of the day and sleep off at night.

Day 04: Goa – Jaipur (23rd August 2023)

Today is the last day of the deal for your 4-day Goa visit. Say farewell to Goa with nostalgic memories. Post brunch, check-out from the hotel and you will be moved to your home destination at the airport/railway station, marking an end to your fun filled Goa vacation.

1000 Hrs: The tour starts by driving past the Rashtrapati Bhavan, followed by visits to the India Gate, Jama Masjid, and Red Fort. Then, we will explore Humayun’s Tomb, and finally, conclude the sightseeing with a visit to the Qutub Minar.

The Rashtrapati Bhavan is the official residence of the President of India. Originally built, in the year 1929 as the residence for the Viceroy of India, Viceroy’s House (as it was then called) has metamorphosed into today’s Rashtrapati Bhavan after the independence of India in 1947. 

India Gate is a war memorial and iconic landmark that commemorates the sacrifice of Indian soldiers who died in World War I.

Jama Masjid is a grand mosque that was built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in the 17th century and is considered one of the largest and most beautiful mosques in India.

Red Fort, a magnificent example of Mughal-era architecture, is a historic fort and UNESCO World Heritage Site that was built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in the mid-17th century and served as the residence of the Mughal emperors for nearly 200 years.

Located in the eastern part of Dehli, Humayun’s tomb is one of the best-preserved Mughal monuments, built thanks to the initiative of his widow Hamida Banu Begum. After a century from its construction, it inspired the construction of the more famous Taj Mahal. 

Qutub Minar is a soaring minaret of red sandstone that dates back to the 12th century and is considered one of the tallest brick minarets in the world.

Lunch time: We stop for lunch at a city restaurant serving various meal options. Lunch will be at your own expense. 

1900 Hrs: After finishing sightseeing for the day, we reach the hotel. Relax, enjoy Dinner at the Hotel, or go out as per our recommendations. You may also join for a planned fellowship with Delhi Circlers (at your own expense).

Day 01: Arrive Goa (27th August 2023)

When you arrive at Goa Airport/Railway Station, you will be greeted by our representative and escorted to the hotel. Complete-check-in protocols and rest for a bit. Spend the whole first day of your Goa travel in a relaxed way. Explore Goa’s sun-kissed beaches or try some delicious Goan delicacies, such as vindaloo pork and Goan fish curry. When you say farewell to one of your Goa holidays today, head to your hotel and have a decent night’s sleep.

Day 02: Goa (28th August 2023)

After breakfast, second day of your Goa vacation will take you to discover North Goa’s jewels. Get breakfast and plan to embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of North Goa. On your North Goa trip, the first attraction you can encounter is the ancient Fort Aguada. Explore Coco Beach, Calangute Annexe, Baga Beach, Calangute Beach and Anjuna Beach later. Come back to the hotel and sleep off your night.

Day 03: Goa (29th August 2023)

Explore the eye-catching sights of South Goa on your Goa holiday today. Relish a tasty breakfast and get ready on the third day of your Goa tour to visit the tourist hotspots of South Goa. Visit Kavlem’s Shri Shantadurga Temple and Priol’s Shri Manguesh Temple. Next, take a ride to Old Goa churches including Bom Jesus Basilika and Se Cathedral. Visit Dona Paula Bay and Miramar Beach after lunch. Later, on your vacation in Goa, enjoy street shopping at the Panjim Market. Day 01: Jaipur – Pushkar (27th August 2023)

0900 Hrs: Pick up from Jaipur hotel/Airport and drive to Pushkar. The distance between Jaipur and Pushkar is approximately 150km and the time taken to complete the trip is approximately 3.30 hours. 

1200 Hrs: En route to Pushkar, we will visit Anasagar Lake, Ajmer.

Ajmer is a historic city located in the northwestern Indian state of Rajasthan. Known for its rich cultural heritage and religious significance, Ajmer is home to several important religious sites and historic landmarks. Jaipur to Ajmer is 131 km and 2.30 hrs. Ajmer to Pushkar is 16km and 40 mins. 

One of the landmarks we will visit on this trip is Anasagar Lake, a stunning artificial lake built in the 12th century. Visitors can take a boat ride on the lake and enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding hills and the city skyline.  

Lunch Time – Lunch stops will be made. Lunch will be a personal expense. 

Pushkar is a charming and picturesque town located in the Indian state of Rajasthan, known for its spiritual significance, rich culture, and scenic beauty. The town is situated around a tranquil lake and is surrounded by hills, offering a peaceful and idyllic setting.

One of the most significant attractions in Pushkar is the Pushkar Lake, a holy site that is believed to have been created by Lord Brahma. The lake is surrounded by over 500 temples and is a popular site for pilgrimage and spiritual rituals.

Pushkar is also home to several ancient temples, including the Brahma Temple, one of the few temples in the world dedicated to Lord Brahma.

1330 Hrs: After the Lake trip, we will visit Pushkar Lake and Brahma Temple

1600 Hrs: After the sightseeing, transfer to the hotel & enjoy relaxing.

Day 02: Pushkar – Ranakpur – Kumabhalgarh (28th August 2023)

Kumbhalgarh is a historic city located in the Rajasthan state of India, known for its magnificent Kumbhalgarh Fort, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is considered one of the most impressive fortresses in Rajasthan. The city is also surrounded by the Aravalli mountain range and is known for its scenic beauty and rich cultural heritage.

0800 Hrs: The day begins with breakfast.

0900 Hrs: After breakfast at the hotel, we will leave for Kumbhalgarh. The trip from Pushkar to Kumbhalgarh is 230 km in distance and 5.30 hrs in duration. 

Lunch Time – En route to Kumbhalgarh, we will stop for lunch, at personal expense.

1530/1600 Hrs: During the journey, we will be visiting the Ranakpur Jain Temple. 

The Ranakpur Jain Temple is a breathtakingly beautiful temple located in Ranakpur, Rajasthan, India, that is considered one of the most magnificent examples of Jain architecture in the world. The distance between Ranakpur Temple and Kumbhalgarh is 35 km and 1 hr of journey time.

1900 Hrs: Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel & overnight say at the hotel in Kumbhalgarh.

Day 03: Kumbhalgarh – Udaipur (29th August 2023)

0800 Hrs: Breakfast at the hotel

0900 Hrs: After breakfast, visit the famous Kumbhalgarh Fort and the attractions inside the Fort Complex like the Badal Mahal, Vedi Temple, and the Neelkanth Mahadev Temple. 

Kumbhalgarh Fort is a historic fortress built in the 15th century by Rana Kumbha. The fortress is a marvel of Rajput architecture and engineering and is known for its impressive walls, which extend for over 36 kilometers, making it the second-longest continuous wall in the world after the Great Wall of China. It has an intricate complex within its walls, comprising palaces and temples. The Badal Mahal, The Vedi Temple, and The Neelkanth Mahadev Temple are situated within the walls. 

The Badal Mahal is a palace that offers stunning views of the surrounding hills and valleys.

The Vedi Temple is a small yet beautiful temple known for its intricate carvings and sculptures depicting Hindu deities.

The Neelkanth Mahadev Temple is a sacred Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and is known for its beautiful location amidst the lush green Aravalli Hills.

Lunch Time:  Lunch is up to the guest and local food can be enjoyed. Lunch will be at your own expense. 

Udaipur is a picturesque city located in the Indian state of Rajasthan, known for its stunning lakes, palaces, and rich cultural heritage. Often referred to as the “Venice of the East,” Udaipur is a popular tourist destination and is considered one of the most romantic cities in India. The city is famous for its miniature paintings, which are made using traditional techniques and materials. 

1400 Hrs: After that, leave for Udaipur. The distance and time need to travel from Kumbhalgarh  to Udaipur are 85km and 2.30km, respectively. 

On arrival, check-in at the hotel & overnight stay at the hotel in Udaipur.

Day 04: Udaipur (30th August 2023)

0900 Hrs: After breakfast, proceed for a full-day tour of Udaipur. Visit the City Palace. The balconies of the palace provide panoramic views of the Lake Palace Hotel and Jag Mandir on one side, and the city of Udaipur on the other. The paintings, mosaics, intricately carved ‘chhatris’, and the architecturally brilliant facade all contribute to making your visit to the City Palace a truly memorable experience. 

The City Palace of Udaipur is a magnificent palace complex located in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India, that was built over several centuries by the ruling Maharajas and is a beautiful fusion of Rajasthani and Mughal architectural styles.

1100 Hrs: Thereafter, visit a picturesque garden, Sahelion Ki Bari. You will visit also visit Jagdish Temple, which is raised on a tall terrace and was completed in 1651. 

Sahelion Ki Bari is a beautiful garden built for the women of the royal household and features beautiful fountains, marble elephants, and lush greenery.

Jagdish Temple is a magnificent Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu and features exquisite carvings and intricate architecture.

Lunch Time –  Lunch is up to the guest and local food can be enjoyed. Lunch will be at your own expense. 

1500 Hrs: After lunch, enjoy a boat ride on Lake Pichola (depending upon the water level of the lake). 

Lake Pichola, created in the year 1362 AD, is a beautiful artificial freshwater lake located in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India, that is surrounded by majestic hills, palaces, and temples and is a popular destination for boating and sightseeing.

Payment can only be made by bank transfer. Your registration is not completed until we have received your payment in our account.

Cancellation Of Participation

Ticket fee is non-refundable. The participant can cancel the ticket and get a full refund until 121 days before the event. After this deadline, the following cancellation policy is then applied:

Term 1:

If you cancel your participation in the term 120-90 days before the event, you will be entitled to a refund of 50 % of the participation price.

Term 2:

If you cancel your participation in the term 89-50 days before the event, you will be entitled to a refund of 25 % of the participation price.

Term 3:

If you cancel your participation in the term 49-30 days before the event, you will be entitled to a refund of 10 % of the participation price.

Term 4:

Day 29 before the event and after, we will unfortunately not be able to offer any refund in the event of your cancellation.

Cancellation Of The Event

It is only considered a cancellation from our side if the entire event is cancelled. Changing the date, partial completion or change in the repertoire is not considered a cancellation. In case of our cancellation, the full price of admission will be refunded by contacting us by mail admin@lci2023.in. To get a refund of your money, you must provide your invoice number and your account information, whereafter we will transfer the money back to you. In all circumstances, the Ticket Fee is non-refundable.

In case we are aware of any changes sufficiently in advance, we will notify you at the time of booking; otherwise, our Tour Manager or Local representative will inform you of the changes on the spot. Major road works may necessitate route changes in the itineraries.

COST

  • We have done costing based on today’s cost whereas Services must be delivered in August 2023 hence there might be cost variation beyond our control such as fuel hikes, government taxes surcharge, etc. If in such case, if cost increases more of 2% of total cost, Spoilt Fox reserves to revise the cost and collect the balance payment as per new cost.
  • We shall keep you informed if case hike in prices is found.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If circumstances make you cancel the Tour, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing. In case, you are sending an e-mail to cancel the Tour, it should be done at least 7 (Seven) working days before the scheduled departure.
  • All services such as Airline seats/ Hotel accommodation/ ground transportation/ Restaurants/ Ferries/Cruises, etc. for all tours are pre-booked well in advance and if these services are canceled within the above-mentioned time frame, therefore, we are liable to pay all our suppliers/vendors the agreed charges including penalties.
  • All cancellations will attract the cancellation charges as per the Service Providers – Airline seats/ Hotel accommodation/ ground transportation/ Restaurants/ Ferries/ Cruises, etc. terms and conditions.
  • Cancellation fees may also apply for any additional services, including extra night accommodations, independent services provided by Spoilt Fox, and optional excursions reserved before, during, and after the Tour.
  • For any cancellations in flight bookings, Spoilt Fox will follow the respective flight terms and conditions. Similarly, for any cancellations in the Hotel bookings, Spoilt Fox will follow the cancellation policy of the Hotel and the land service providers involved in the booking process.
  • In the event, that you miss a pre-booked Tour, no refund will be applicable, and rescheduling may not be possible. Any additional cost of rescheduling, if possible, will need to be borne by you.
  • In the event of a natural calamity or pandemic or unprecedented political unrest, if any changes need to be done in the Tour, refunds, if any, will be at the discretion of relevant service providers.
  • No refunds will be provided for unused transportation mentioned in the itinerary for voluntary modifications made by you.
  • If you or any of the passengers are not using the transfers included in the package, you/ they will not be given a cash equivalent or reduction/ concession in their Tour package.
  • No partial refunds or credits will be provided for any unused services on the Tour.
  • If you book a third-party product or service, the Terms and Conditions and cancellation policy of such third party would be applicable in addition to the Company’s Terms and Conditions.
  • Any cancellation of tours/ services must be in writing clearly stating the reasons for cancellation. In such a case, you expressly agree to the foregoing terms.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel any Tour before the departure, without assigning any reason. In such an event, all payments paid by you will be fully refunded forthwith in Indian currency (Rupees) only, but no compensation will be payable.
  • We cannot assume responsibility for any additional cost or any fees relating to the issuance and/ or cancellation of air tickets or other arrangements not done through us.
  • It is reiterated that we reserve the right to forfeit the booking deposit, in case of any cancellations.
  • The cancellation charges, if apply, irrespective of the reason for cancellation. Do understand and acknowledge that these charges are a genuine pre-estimate of the damages that we will suffer on account of cancellation and that these damages are called ‘liquidated damages’ in legal language, which are payable without proof of actual damages. You agree not to dispute such deductions or to demand proof of actual damages when you make any cancellation.
  • In event of cancellation of the Tour, Spoilt Fox would be charging 5% of the total cost of the tour + GST as its handling charges.
  • Even if a client/you is/are unable to reach the place of commencement of the tour due to any reason whatsoever including loss of baggage or loss of travel documents, the booking shall be treated as ‘no show’ on the tour and 100% cancellation charges will be levied.
  • If a client avails pre-tour services or part thereof, or the air tickets (cost of which is included in the main tour cost) but fails to join the group for the main tour at the appointed place, or cancels the tour after using the air tickets or pre-tour arrangements or part thereof, it shall be treated as ‘no show’ and there will be no refund whatsoever for the unutilized pre-tour or main tour services.

REFUNDS

  • Spoilt Fox reserves the right to determine the quantum of refund payable in case of cancellation or amendment of a Tour. Such refund would be based on various factors like the number of participants, the cancellation policies of suppliers like hoteliers, airlines, coach operators, etc., and the decision of Spoilt Fox on the quantum of refund shall be final.
  • It would take at least 30 (Thirty) working days to process refunds.
  • There are no refunds payable for any unutilized or partially utilized services (e.g., Airline tickets, Meals, Entrance Fees, Optional tours, Hotel, Sightseeing, etc.).
  • Third-Party refund i.e., airlines, cruise, overseas suppliers could take between 30-90 working days, provided relevant support is provided to Spoilt Fox.
  • If a tour is canceled by Spoilt Fox, then all payments made will be refunded after taking into consideration the actual expenses incurred.
  • Individuals are responsible for the adherence of time at all stages of the tour. If a customer misses any part of the sightseeing tour or any such tour due to a delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim a refund of the same.
  • We shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, baggage loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown, or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expense must be borne by the passengers. We reserve the right to claim any additional expenses incurred due to delays or changes in schedules of train, flight, bus, ship, or other services.

HOTELS

  • All baggage and personal effects are always and under all circumstances your responsibility. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the hotel premises/coach / Cruise / Airport / during travel or place of visit etc.
  • Some hotels offer the facility of safe deposit lockers, which can be availed by you at your own cost and risk. We will not be liable for any loss/theft from the same.
  • Any damages caused to the hotel rooms /coach/place of visit etc. during your stay/tour/visit, shall be borne and payable by you, and we will not be liable for the same.
  • We are not liable if there is sudden disruption/disorder of telephone, internet services, and other amenities while staying at the hotels.
  • We will also not be responsible for the facilities provided or not provided in the room/bathroom/hotel premises etc. by the Hotel or its staff. For clarification, it is to be noted that in an eventuality where the Hotel is not able to provide any specific facility or amenity on its Hotel premises, we shall not be compelled or under an obligation to change or provide an alternative Hotel. The final decision in this regard shall be of Spoilt Fox and the same shall be binding upon you. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if we decide to provide an alternative Hotel, the same shall be subject to availability and additional costs, if any.    
  • Rude or Unprofessional behavior of hotel staff does not come under our direct purview and thus, we will not be responsible for the same.
  • Facilities like mini bar, pay television channels, telephone, etc. are not complimentary and these facilities, if used by you/the customer, must be paid for by you/ the customer directly to the Hotel, and such charges are not included in the tour cost.
  • You/the customer will have to abide by the check-in /check-out time of the hotel.
  • Any changes made directly by the hotel come under their direct purview and we will not be liable for any compensation due to this change.
  • Mishandling of Hotel property, if any, by you shall be borne and must be settled before your check out with the hotel directly.
  • A valid Government-issued photo id must be carried by every person staying at the hotel. The guest must present a valid photo id at the time of check-in. Kindly be informed PAN Card is not considered a valid Photo Id.

AIRLINE

  • We are not liable if an airline cancels, reschedules, or delays a flight for any given reason.
  • We shall, in no circumstances, whatsoever be liable to you or any person traveling for loss of baggage by the Airline.
  • We shall, in no circumstances, be responsible for the failure of the Airline to provide chosen or desired meal by the Airline or for the quality of the meal
  • We shall, in no circumstances, be responsible on account of failure on the part of the Airline to accommodate you despite having confirmed tickets.
  • If you miss the flight, we, of course, cannot be held accountable.
  • If you are booked on a particular Airline for a particular date and due to certain reasons beyond our control, you are not allowed to board the flight, you shall not hold us responsible for the same and no claim whatsoever can be made by you against us.
  • All bookings/cancellations/changes of Airline ticket and travel on such airline ticket will be subject to the terms and conditions of the concerned Airline and the same shall be provided by us to you upon request made by you, however, the same can be made only available to you, if available with us and if booked through us.
  • Airline flights may be overbooked, and there is a slight chance that a seat will not be available on a flight for which a person has a confirmed reservation. Each airline has its own rules for dealing with such scenarios. We shall, in no circumstances, be held accountable for this.
  • Web Check-in is now mandatory for Domestic Sectors. Kindly complete it beforehand. Web check-in closes 2 hours before the departure.
  • COVID 19 Vaccination or RTPCR Test is mandatory for flight. Kindly check the same for your Airline. In case you are unable to produce and cannot fly, we will not be held responsible.

HEALTH

  • Kindly carry COVID 19 vaccination certificates. IN case, you are not vaccinated you must take RTPCR Test 48 days before each flight departure.
  • Passengers requiring special attention during the Tour for any reason (like being differently abled, pregnant, suffering chronic disease, or general ill-health) shall inform us about the same before booking the Tour or at the time of booking the Tour.
  • We reserve the right to ask the customer to provide written certification of his/her medical fitness before departure. If a medical condition has not been disclosed, we shall not be liable to provide any assistance or refund the money.
  • If we must organize special arrangements in compliance with the passenger’s request for special attention, the passenger shall be responsible for additional expenses related to the request.
  • If you develop COVID 19 symptoms and you have overstayed, expenses must be borne by you including Doctor and Test charges.
  • The hotel may charge deep sanitization charges if you have been tested for COVID 19, which must be borne by you.

MEALS AND ANY SPECIAL REQUEST

  • The menus are pre-set menus provided for meals on the Tour, with the choice of Jain Veg./Veg./Non-Veg Meals. You may place any specific request as regards your meal; however, the same is required to be notified, in writing in advance to us. Whilst every effort will be made by us to try and arrange your reasonable special requests from the Hotels/ Restaurants, we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled. The fact that a special request must be considered and fulfilled by the Hotels/ Restaurants and not by us and therefore, we should not be and cannot be held accountable for any deficiency whatsoever.
  • We however reserve the right to change the meal arrangement if circumstances make it necessary to do so.
  • In the event, you wake up late and miss the breakfast offered to you or you are out on your own and reaches late or in case of delay of flights or for any other reason whatsoever you miss any meal including breakfast offered to you by us, no claim can be made for the meal/breakfast, which you have missed and not utilized.
  • Any special requests must be advised to us at the time of booking e.g., diet, room location, room type i.e., twin/double, a particular facility at a hotel, etc. i.e. swimming pool, gym, etc. You also need to confirm your requests in writing. Whilst every effort will be made by us to try and arrange your reasonable special requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled. The fact that a special request has been noted on your confirmation itinerary or any other documentation or that it has been passed on to the supplier is not confirmation that the request will be met. Failure to meet any special request will not be a breach of contract on our part.
  • Please note that porterage, tips, gratuities, room service, laundry, excess baggage charge, á la carte meals, alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, paid toilets, etc. are not included unless specifically mentioned as included.

LOSS/DAMAGE

  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the stay in the Hotel or while traveling in the Coach. Due to theft or loss of baggage, you can complain to the local authorities at your sole discretion, cost, risk, and consequence.

COACH/SITTING

  • We use air-conditioned/air-cool luxury coaches, however, sometimes due to extreme weather conditions, the same may not seem to be very effective.
  • We will not be responsible for any defect in the coach or the Air-conditioner/Air-cooler or for the Driver or the attendant.
  • If you are carrying any high-value items on the coach, we advise you not to leave them behind when you leave the coach. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of such items from the coach.
  • All baggage and effects are always and in all circumstances your responsibility.
  • Any damage caused to the coach during your travel shall be payable by you and we will not be liable for the same.
  • The drivers are bound by specific rules, like maximum driving hours within a day and during a week, rest period per day/week, etc.
  • You will have to strictly adhere to the prescribed timetable for the day so that the driver can complete the travel, otherwise certain fixed schedules may be missed due to your actions/delays and the same will be non-refundable.

DEVIATIONS

  • If you wish to travel in advance i.e., before the actual departure dates or like to come back on a later date after the tour ends, you are required to pay charges as mentioned in the itinerary as per the destination. (Subject to availability of seats in the group booking class & tickets validity)
  • The request for deviations should be given in writing to the company at the time of booking as these requests are subject to rooms availability and we are not holding rooms for the same.

SCOPE OF ACTIVITY

  • We are Tour organizers only. The role of the company is that of an agent of the client to secure proper services for the tour from the independent contractors and service providers such as the airlines, shipping companies, hotels, transport, or any other facility or services. We take care in selecting all the ingredients for your holiday, but because we only select them and have no control over operating them, we cannot be responsible for any injury, death, loss, or damage, which is caused by the act of default or omission of the management or employees of any hoteliers, airlines, shipping company, coach owner/coach operator who are the company’s independent contractors arising outside our normal selection process.

PRIVACY OF INFORMATION

  • We treat all the information furnished by you as confidential and will share only the necessary information with the airline, hotels, and other service providers who will provide the services to you during your tour. However, we may be constrained to disclose the information furnished by you, if such disclosure is required by the law or by an order of a court of the rules, regulations, or inquiry by any government / statutory agency having regulatory authority over the company.
